MODERN WHOLE HOME REMODEL

This whole home remodel updated a spacious kitchen, added a focal point to the living room, and gave a facelift to the powder bath and foyer. Winston Brown Remodeling of Topeka and Lawrence, KS worked with the homeowners to discover their needs for the spaces and what their ideal outcome would be. The result is nothing short of a breathtaking transformation.

Before

This large kitchen previously had dark flooring, copper colored cabinets with even darker countertops, and a curved island in the center. The overall effect weighed down the space and hid its true potential.

The updated kitchen boasts rich, dark walnut Custom Wood Products cabinets complete with a sleek stainless-steel accent. Some appliances were moved to increase space functionality. Cambria Quartz countertops from Heartland Granite and Quartz provide ample space for food prep as well as entertaining. Light colored porcelain tile opens the space, visually carrying into the adjacent rooms. A Silver Lux Mosaic backsplash by Ann Sacks and two new Farley Hollywood Regency Polished Nickel Coiled Pendants give this kitchen some added personality and interest.
