Our design process is one of the things that set us apart from other remodeling companies. The 3D renderings and after pictures of this kitchen show how well our process works to take a client’s vision and turn it into reality. The homeowner’s were tired of their dark, drab kitchen and wanted to brighten and update the space. It had oak cabinets, dark backsplash and countertops, a small island, and faux finish style wallpaper; all things that were common in a 90’s home.

After our initial consultation, we begin by scheduling appointments at showrooms to make design selections. Our designers work with you every step of the way to make not only the big decisions, but the small detail decisions as well. One of the easiest ways to see what is possible and what your kitchen (or any room!) will look like, is with 3D renderings. The concept for this kitchen included white cabinets, bright marble look countertops, a classic subway tile, and sleek, lantern style pendants over the island. Before, they had a small island that wasn’t as functional as it could be and there was a lot of wasted space in the kitchen. By plugging in these design selections and the larger island, our clients were able to visualize exactly what their new kitchen would look like and it helped them to see how the larger island would work in the space.

Once we have finalized the concept and plan, all materials are ordered and in our warehouse before we start construction. By ordering the materials ahead of time, this helps ensure that your selections are still available and we stay on schedule not waiting for everything to arrive while your home is torn up. We want to give you back your home as quickly as possible!

This kitchen turned out exactly like shown in the 3D renderings and the homeowner’s couldn’t be happier. It perfectly shows their cabinet design, gorgeous quartz countertops, subway tile backsplash, and lantern style pendant lights. We try to make this process as easy as possible and love helping you see what the final product is going to look like while you’re making the design selections.
