So far, Gary Brown and his helper have done 7 jobs for me. They built a wood fence, replaced all of my windows with high efficiency vinyl, re stained all of my wood decks, put in a new front entry door and more. All of the workmanship is very good, and Gary did most of the work himself. Winston Brown and the Handyman people are great.

My all-cedar house was severely damaged by hail in May. My insurance company suggested calling Winston Brown. Jake Brown and his helpers came out and replaced all of my siding, and re stained the entire house to match. They had to work in pretty crappy weather, but they got it done quickly and it looks great.

My wife and I knew we needed a new bathroom since our family was growing in leaps and bounds. Gary and Jake came over and suggested an expansion and bath remodel that has worked out great. We got a new onyx shower, vanity, tile floor, toilet and fixtures. Their price was about $700 less than the other 2 companies we got bids from. I called Handyman Services from an ad in the Lawrence paper and got in touch with Gary Brown. My deck was sinking into the ground and rotting away. He was the only contractor that did not talk down to me. We spent an hour or so deciding on what needed to be done. He gave me a ballpark cost of about $9700 for a new deck, proper concrete footings, posts, railings and steps. It is all maintenance free and safe.
